Overview: We are seeking a REMOTE NJ Dental Sales Rep, dedicated to reach out all Dentists in NJ. Bilingual (English/Chinese) required. Ideal candidate is highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, ICO Dental Group. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental lab cases or chairside services to our existing/potential dentist customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys building relationships and meeting sales targets. Duties: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold visit, networking events, and online platforms - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Requirements: - Bilingual (English/Chinese) required - Proven experience in sales or a related field (dental assistant experience is strongly preferred) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Experience in dental assisting or familiarity with dental office operations is preferred
