Description

We are seeking a reliable, patient-oriented Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent chairside assistance, support clinical procedures, maintain infection control and sterilization standards, and help ensure a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance for restorative, endodontic, one-day crowns, periodontic, oral surgery, orthodontic, and Invisalign. Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials; maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Take intraoral digital X-rays and IOC's Take patient histories, record vitals, and update charts Provide patient education and post-op instructions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform clinical tasks and administrative duties, multitask, and maintain attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital X-rays and Eaglesoft dental software. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not mandatory Experience with sterilization protocols and dental instrument maintenance Competitive pay based on experience; benefits included (paid time off, continuing education allowance, retirement plan, employee discounts)
