The Role We are seeking an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk team member who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences from the very first phone call to the final checkout. This role is for someone who: Has experience with Dentrix (or similar dental software). Understands dental insurance benefits and how to help patients maximize them. Brings excellent communication and customer service etiquette. Takes pride in building long-term relationships with patients and ensuring they feel cared for.
