Dental Assistant (RDA) – Wellness Dentistry Practice

Location: Katy, TX

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (Fridays reserved for team training & admin, usually 8am-12pm)

At Dr. Katie To Center for Wellness Dentistry, we do more than care for smiles — we care for the whole person. Our practice combines biological, cosmetic, and general dentistry with a whole-body, wellness-based philosophy that supports patients' long-term health.

We run on modern systems (Oryx, Slack), start each day with a team huddle, and use Fridays for training and wrap-up rather than seeing patients. We're a team that's always learning and always improving — and we hire people who want the same.

We're looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant who's strong chairside and ready to be a steady, flexible part of our clinical team. You'll support a wide range of procedures across multiple doctors, so adaptability and the ability to float where you're needed matter here. No biological or wellness experience required — we'll teach you our specialty techniques. What we can't teach is solid fundamentals, a great attitude, and reliability.

Provide excellent chairside support across a wide range of procedures and doctors

Keep patients calm, comfortable, and cared for throughout every visit

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to the highest standards

Capture and manage digital x-rays and intraoral images

Assist with charting and patient education

Cross-train across clinical areas and pitch in wherever the day calls for it

What You Must Bring

Active Texas RDA — this is required.

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience

Strong, reliable chairside fundamentals

A warm, professional demeanor and genuine care for patient comfort

Flexibility and a team-first attitude — you're comfortable floating and adapting

A positive approach to learning new techniques and technologies
