Dental Assistant (RDA) – Wellness Dentistry Practice Location: Katy, TX Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (Fridays reserved for team training & admin, usually 8am-12pm) About Us At Dr. Katie To Center for Wellness Dentistry, we do more than care for smiles — we care for the whole person. We run on modern systems (Oryx, Slack), start each day with a team huddle, and use Fridays for training and wrap-up rather than seeing patients. About the Role We're looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant who's strong chairside and ready to be a steady, flexible part of our clinical team. You'll support a wide range of procedures across multiple doctors, so adaptability and the ability to float where you're needed matter here. No biological or wellness experience required — we'll teach you our specialty techniques. What we can't teach is solid fundamentals, a great attitude, and reliability. What You'll Do Provide excellent chairside support across a wide range of procedures and doctors Keep patients calm, comfortable, and cared for throughout every visit Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to the highest standards Capture and manage digital x-rays and intraoral images Assist with charting and patient education Cross-train across clinical areas and pitch in wherever the day calls for it What You Must Bring Active Texas RDA — this is required.
