About the Role We are seeking an experienced Patient Care / Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about dentistry and patient care. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, and proactive in keeping our schedule full. You’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our patients from check-in to check-out. What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (required) ✅ Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology ✅ Detailed understanding of dental insurance and claims processing ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ✅ Dentrix software experience (highly preferred) ✅ Bilingual (Spanish) — a plus!
