We are looking for a SUPERSTAR Dental Assistant to add to our growing practice. Snikeris Family Dentistry is located in The Woodlands, Texas. Our mission is to deliver excellent dental care, provide a customized patient experience, and make an impact in our community. Our ideal candidate has/is the following: • Minimum 2 years of dental assistant experience • Awesome personality and attitude • Outstanding bedside manner • Excellent Communicator • Detail-oriented • Timely, organized, and reliable • Team player • Hard worker • Compassionate Responsibilities: • Seat patients, take blood pressure, and have patient ready for the doctor • Assist Dentists with dental procedures (ex: fillings, crown preps, crown seats, extractions, etc.) • Make temporary Crown’s or Bridges • Pack cord for preps • Assist Hygienists with seating patients, radiographs, charting, and room prep • Take radiographs (bitewings, periapicals, panoramics) • Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed for procedures • Dental sterilization • Maintain autoclave • Take inventory of dental supplies and equipment • Maintain schedule and lab cases • Provide elite care and compassion to all patients We are Offering our Dental Assistant: • Competitive Pay: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience level • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation • Individual Performance bonus • Practice Performance bonus • Positive and Constructive work environment • Dental Insurance Program • Development and training opportunities
