Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities, as well as experience in managing various office tasks, including budgeting, payroll, and vendor relations. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage schedules and appointments, including calendar management for team members Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services Oversee human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee onboarding Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures Provide front desk support, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Assist in budgeting processes to align with company financial goals Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with event planning and execution Proficient in QuickBooks for financial management Ability to manage schedules effectively, ensuring optimal use of time resources Familiarity with vendor management practices and negotiation techniques Knowledge of human resources processes, including payroll administration Experience in dental office management is a plus Ability to train and develop team members to enhance productivity Strong filing skills with an emphasis on maintaining confidentiality Proficient in front desk operations and customer service etiquette Join our team as an Office Manager where you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment while supporting the growth of our organization.
