Haight Family Dentistry is an established Private Practice seeking to add a Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator to the team. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and eager to learn and grow with our office. We are a PPO practice that strives to provide the highest level of communication and care for our patients. Qualifications • Understanding of dental terminology • Strong attention to detail • Familiarity with Hygiene Recall/Insurance Verification • Ability to efficiently multitask • A positive attitude • Strong communication/phone skills • Patient-focused mentality • Experience with Dentrix Software Responsibilities • Hygiene Recall • Insurance Verification • Answer phones/ Make outgoing calls • Properly Schedule appointments • Assist with follow-up on claims (as needed) • Assist with check-out (as needed) • Maintaining a clean and organized office space • Performing other front office duties as required to support the practice Benefits • Opportunity for a bonus each month • Dental benefits for the employee, spouse, and dependent children • CPR/OSHA/HIPPA recertification • PTO acquired after 90 days • Scrubs paid for by office Office Hours: it is required that staff come 15-20min early Monday 8am-2:30pm Tuesday 8am-5pm Wednesday 8am-5pm Thursday 8am -5pm Friday 8am -2pm (alternate Fridays between Plano and Melissa location) We look forward to hearing from you!
