WHY THIS ROLE: As an RDH with Smile Society, you’re a key provider, not a “prophy machine.” You’ll work in supported, well-equipped practices with standardized protocols and growth paths across locations. WHAT WE OFFER: Steady schedule with 45-60 minute prophylaxis and 60-120-minute SRP / perio blocks Modern tools: Ultrasonic units, digital X‑rays, intraoral cameras, Pay: $50,000 - $85,000 depending on schedule CE & advancement: hygiene-specific CE, mentorship, and opportunities for lead hygienist / regional trainer roles across the DSO Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care (prophy, perio maintenance, SRP) Complete perio charting, radiographs, and co-diagnose with the doctor Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care Document accurately in software and follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection‑control protocols Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to ensure an excellent patient experience Can start as part time and expand to full time schedule.
