What You’ll Do: Verify dental insurance benefits Submit and track claims + pre-authorizations Submit Claims, Tackle appeals, and follow up on outstanding claims Break down treatment estimates + copays for patients Keep insurance info organized and accurate Provide friendly, clear communication to patients and team Be a key part of keeping our office running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Experience with dental insurance- Perio Experience with submitting claims Experience with presenting Treatment Plans Strong understanding of dental codes + claim workflows Confident discussing financials with patients Tech savvy Dentrix experience a plus! Positive attitude, great communicator, team player Detail-obsessed and reliable What You’ll Love: No weekends — ever!
