Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Job description: We’re a small, family-oriented practice that’s been serving our community since 2005. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and we take great pride in creating a supportive, long-term work environment. Most of our staff have been here for years, and we try hard to make sure everyone feels appreciated and supported Here’s a quick rundown of what we offer: Pay: Base hourly rate plus 30% of production for sealant procedures (open to discussing rates). Benefits: Paid time off for vacation and sick days, health insurance with an HSA, and free dental care for you and your family. Bonus: We close the office the last week of the year so everyone can relax and spend time with their families. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (no weekends).
