We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient education, whole-health dentistry, and being part of a collaborative, values-driven team. Schedule Available (Flexible for the Right Candidate): Tuesday: 7:15–4:30 Wednesday: 7:15–5 Thursdays (Alternating) 7:45-4:15 Friday: 7:15–2 Preferred: 1 Saturday per month, 7:30–2 We have an immediate opening for the right candidate! What You’ll Do Be an integral part of our team where we focus on the values of excellence, service, team, ethics, and positivity Help patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including initial screenings, medical history review, blood pressure evaluation, and identification of oral and systemic conditions Provide high-quality preventive care and periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planning Perform salivary diagnostics and educate patients on the oral microbiome and its connection to overall systemic health Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and mouth-body connection with compassion and clarity Take X-rays, iTero scans, and 3D imaging with iCATs to support diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Properly sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment What You Bring Dental Hygiene diploma and valid licensure Deep understanding of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA and sterilization protocols Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with confidence in delivering high- quality clinical care Strong communication and education skills, with a passion for improving patients’ overall health Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment Highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism Experience with dental equipment and technology (Dentrix and Dexis preferred) Excellent attention to detail and a steady, skilled clinical hand Benefits That Support You Competitive compensation based on experience Health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO (full-time) 401(k) participation Dental benefits for you and your immediate family State-of-the-art technology and advanced diagnostic tools
