Job Title: Licensed Dental Assistant Location: High-Volume Dental Office in a Growing Community Schedule: Monday–Saturday (flexible scheduling available) About Us: We are a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice located in a rapidly growing community. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, supportive environment. As our patient base continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and professional Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate is a reliable, team-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a busy clinical setting. You will play a key role in supporting our dentists, ensuring smooth patient flow, and helping provide an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process dental radiographs (as permitted by license) Provide excellent patient care and education Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Contribute to efficient patient scheduling and office flow Follow all infection control and safety protocols Requirements: Must hold an active dental assisting license Previous dental assisting experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude and a commitment to patient care Compensation: Pay based on experience Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview How to Apply: If you're looking to join a growing office in an up-and-coming community with opportunities for professional growth, we’d love to hear from you!
