Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in a collections-based role. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with office protocols. Work to achieve personal and office production goals within the collections-based model. Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience. Promote patient retention and treatment plan acceptance through excellent communication and education. Qualifications: Dentrix Ascend experience is preferred Valid dental hygiene license Laser Certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a collections-based environment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
