We are a locally owned pediatric dental practice located in Matthews, NC. We are seeking a dental assistant who is passionate about working with children and wants to grow with the practice! We are looking for someone with a great attitude and is willing to learn and grow. Qualifications: MUST have Nitrous, OSHA and HIPAA certifications - Must enjoy working with infants, children, teens, and children with special needs - Dental assisting experience preferred - Nitrous oxide certification/CPR certified - Coronal Polishing/ Sealant experience - Familiar with Open Dental preferred Responsibilities: - prepare patient for procedure or exam - sterilize and disinfect instruments / set up trays - take radiographs - coronal polish / oral hygiene instructions - assist during dental procedures, including sedations - help with front desk admin tasks as needed Job Types: Full-time Pay:BOE We are open Monday - Thursday (8 am - 5 pm) and SOME Fridays 8 am - 2 pm but can be flexible with the schedule
