Our team values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term relationships with our patients. We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our growing practice. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care Develop and present treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Ohio dental license New graduates are welcome to apply (mentorship available) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure: We offer multiple compensation packages. Earn $1500/day when production is under $6,000. Earn $2,000/day when you reach $6,000 in production. Earn $3,000/day when you reach $10,000 in production. You also have the option of receiving 33% of Collections. Flexible scheduling- Enjoy the freedom of selecting your own days and hours. You may take vacations as desired.
