Full-Time Dental Assistant Sautter Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered, friendly practice. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for every patient—and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment. Schedule & Compensation • Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 4–5 days per week • Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience Requirements • MINIMUM 2 YEARS GENERAL DENTAL assisting experience • Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Key Responsibilities • Chairside dental assisting • Minor lab work • Instrument sterilization • Hygiene assisting • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) • Digital dentistry / CAD-CAM systems • Additional hygiene assisting • Sterilization & lab workflows If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality patient care, we would love to hear from you!
