Seeking a personable, outgoing receptionist for our periodontal surgical practice. Minimum 1 year experience is a requirement. Experience in a periodontal / surgical dental practice is ideal but not mandatory. Team member must be motivated, driven, professional, punctual, organized, committed to the success of the team, and exhibit the personal skills to properly manage patients and collaborate with all referring dental offices. Our entire team works together to help patients achieve optimal periodontal health.  We are looking for a warm, friendly person to work at our welcome desk. Your voice will be the first patients hear when they call the office. Your smile will be the first they see when they come to the office and the last as they leave. It is important all our patients feel welcome and appreciated at all times. Coming to the dentist can be challenging for patients, and our receptionist helps them find the time to come get care and then feel taken care of while at our practice.  Daily duties include: answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, helping patients fill out forms, and collecting payment.  We are a close-knit team who enjoy working together, and we are excited to grow our family.
