Associate Dentist Opportunity – Fort Worth, TX We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Fort Worth, TX. Our previous associate retired in September 2024, and we are excited to welcome the next long-term addition to our team. We pride ourselves on a low drama, high output environment with a genuinely collaborative culture. Our team works closely together every day, enjoys what they do, and consistently receives compliments from patients on their experience in our practice. We have low staff turnover and value professionalism, teamwork, and having fun while delivering excellent care. Compensation - Daily Guarantee: $700 for the first 3 months (no penalties) - Production: 30% of collections - No lab fees - Paid out the first week of each month About the Practice - Strong Mentorship: Our doctors enjoy learning from one another and regularly collaborate on treatment planning and complex cases. - Experience Preferred: GPR or AEGD graduates preferred, or at least 2 years of clinical experience. - Patient Experience Focused: Ideal candidates are excellent communicators who prioritize quality, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional patient care. - Fully Digital Practice: Digital forms, digital X-rays, intraoral scanner, and digital charting. Schedule Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Full-Time preferred, but part-time candidates considered Flexible scheduling available Procedures & Clinical Scope We are a bread-and-butter practice with a high volume of: Restorative dentistry, Endodontics, Extractions An associate who is comfortable treating patients of all ages, including pediatrics, is highly preferred. We aim to keep as many procedures in-house as possible, and we fully support associates with the skills and confidence to perform these procedures efficiently and comfortably.
