Northampton Dental, a well-established practice located in Tomball, TX, is excited to announce a job opening for a talented General Dentist. This Full-Time position offers an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a professional and compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care. This role is onsite and requires the presence of the dentist at our fully equipped office, thus it is not a remote job. Our practice prides itself on its patient-centered approach and advanced use of dental technology to provide comprehensive dental care. We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving practice in Tomball, TX. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with advanced technology, including iTero, CBCT, and fully digital workflows. You will provide a full scope of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, implants, Invisalign, and molar endo, while collaborating with a highly trained clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care. Compensation is based on 30% of adjusted production. Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions. • Plan and provide treatment for dental health issues while adhering to the highest standards of care. • Perform general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and surgical procedures. • Utilize digital dentistry tools such as iTero, CBCT, and digital X-rays to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes. • Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other specialists to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care. • Engage patients in discussion about oral health, treatment options, and preventative care strategies. • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment that complies with all regulations and standards of dental practice. • Maintain patient records with high precision, including treatment plans and historical data to ensure continuity of care. • Participate in continuing education opportunities to keep up with new technologies and advances in dental medicine. Requirements • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program. • Active Texas dental license in good standing. • Minimum 3-4 years clinical experience post-graduation. • Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic and surgical treatments. • Experience with digital dentistry tools (iTero, CBCT, digital X-rays). • Strong communication, treatment planning, and case acceptance skills.
