An exceptional opportunity is available for a motivated and clinically proficient dentist to join a long-standing, reputable practice in Seguin, TX. We are seeking a dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who aspires to grow into a leadership role with the ultimate goal of practice ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Ownership Track: Structured transition to ownership
• Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 annually
• Compensation Model: Percentage of adjusted production
• Continuing Education: $2,000 annual allowance
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) package
• Schedule: Full-time (4 days a week) Tuesday through Friday

Practice Overview

• Operatories: 6 total
• Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup
• Clinical Team:5 hygienists
• Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting
• Payor Mix: PPO and FFS

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
• Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice

Candidate Profile

• DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
• Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience preferred
• Spanish speaking a PLUS!
