Long established dental practice with solo practitioner wants to go to a 3 day schedule. Owner is planning on exiting practice within 1-2 years so could be opportunity to buy practice, if good fit. Community is comprised of friendly and hardworking people who want an easy going and gentle dentist who communicates well and builds trust. Ability to speak some Spanish is helpful for some patients. We treat all ages and refer out some endo and oral surgery. We do full orthodontics, fixed and aligners, so good opportunity to learn ortho diagnosis and treatment. Skill with resin fills and atraumatic injections is a must. We are a metal-free practice. We use Nitrous and Wand anesthesia and patients love our pain free injections. You should be able to do a 3 surface fill in under 60 min and a single crn in 70 min or less, including temp.
