We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our dental team, ensuring a positive patient experience, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office. You will assist in various clinical and administrative duties, maintaining high standards of patient care and comfort. Looking for a Full Time Assistant, working with a team of 3 other assistants supporting 2 providers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up treatment rooms for dental procedures - Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures - Take and develop dental X-rays - Sterilize dental instruments and ensure proper infection control - Prepare dental materials, impressions, and models - Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene - Maintain patient records and charting in accordance with office protocols - Manage and organize inventory of dental supplies - Ensure smooth patient flow and assist with patient scheduling - Ensure compliance with dental and medical office regulations Qualifications: - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas - Certification in radiography and CPR - Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and office equipment - particularly on Invisalign - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) a plus Experience - 2+ years of experience as an RDA in a clinical setting Benefits: Health Insurance Paid Holidays and Vacations Continuing Education
