We pride ourselves on creating a positive, professional, and supportive work environment. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and wants to grow within orthodontics. Responsibilities • Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments • Take intraoral photos, X-rays, and impressions/scans • Remove and place archwires, brackets, and orthodontic appliances (per training and certification) • Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care • Maintain accurate clinical records • Support a smooth patient flow and positive patient experience Qualifications • Previous orthodontic assisting experience • RDA or orthodontic assisting certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills • Positive attitude and team-player mindset • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent schedule • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for training and professional growth • Long-term career potential within our practice
