Description

Dental Assistant / Front Desk Support New Grads Welcome - Temp to Hire Ivory Dental Center is a small, privately owned, growing dental practice in the Tequesta Jupiter area seeking temporary dental assistant and front desk support starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone recently out of dental assisting school or early in their dental career who is looking to gain hands on experience in a supportive, structured environment. This is a temporary position to help cover an immediate need, with the potential to continue and grow over time for the right fit. Responsibilities are learned progressively with training and support. This is a hands on, in office role that supports both clinical care and front desk flow in a small practice setting. Starting Schedule
 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 
7:30 am to 3:00 pm
 Must be able and willing to stay later if needed
Hours may grow over time based on fit, comfort level, and office needs. Primary Responsibilities May Include Chairside assisting during treatment and procedure delivery
 Assisting with room setup and breakdown before and after procedures
Supporting treatment delivery including passing instruments and maintaining field control 
Helping take digital impressions and scans using iTero
Greeting patients and managing in person front desk flow
 Answering phones during office hours and directing calls appropriately 
Scheduling and confirming appointments with attention to productivity and efficiency
 Collecting patient payments at check in and check out according to office policy 
Reviewing treatment plans with patients and answering treatment questions 
Scanning and organizing documents and maintaining accurate patient records 
Handling incoming mail, emails, and office communications 
Supporting daily office operations including room turnover help, laundry, light cleaning, and organization 
Assisting with sterilization and infection control processes
Helping maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications Dental assisting education or dental office experience required

 Comfortable helping where needed in a small office setting Compensation Listed above and depends on experience. Pay can increase with increased responsibility, increased productivity, etc. This role is ideal for a new graduate or early career dental professional. Opportunities for increased responsibility and pay may be available over time based on fit and performance.
