A well-established dental practice in the Rochester, NY area is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced provider or a recent residency graduate looking to launch or elevate their career within a supportive, high-quality clinical environment.
Practice Overview:
Comprehensive family and restorative dentistry
Strong emphasis on quality care and patient experience
Tech-forward office featuring digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CBCT, and same-day capabilities (where applicable)
Experienced hygienists, expanded-function assistants, and supportive administrative team
Mentorship available; ideal setting for continued clinical growth across a variety of procedures
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekend hours
Clinical Focus Includes:
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Comprehensive treatment planning
Preventive and periodontal maintenance care
Simple extractions and oral surgery (as comfortable)
Endodontics and prosthodontics (optional, based on provider interests)
Implant restoration; implant placement available if trained/interested
Cosmetic dentistry, whitening, aligners
Opportunity to expand into advanced procedures with mentorship
