Dental Office Manager – Leadership Role Single-Doctor | Fee-for-Service Private Practice Santa Rosa Beach, FL We are a relationship-driven, fee-for-service private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to serve as a leadership partner in a growing cosmetic, implant, and functional dental practice. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who values autonomy, accountability, and excellence—and who wants to help shape the future of a private practice rather than simply manage a desk. What's in it for you: Compensation & Benefits: -$50,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience -Performance-based bonus opportunities -PTO and paid holidays -Health stipend -401(k) retirement plan -Complimentary dental care for employee and family The Opportunity: -Serve as the operational leader and cultural anchor of the practice -Work directly with a vision-setting doctor to execute growth strategies -Influence patient experience, team development, and internal marketing -Step into increasing responsibility as trust is established Core Responsibilities: -Lead and develop the dental team through coaching and accountability -Optimize scheduling, production, and case acceptance -Own and track KPIs and practice performance metrics -Lead team meetings and performance reviews -Oversee high-touch patient communication and case presentation -Manage Dentrix systems, workflows, and reporting -Direct internal marketing efforts including social media, referrals, and reputation management Required Qualifications: -Minimum 3–5 years of dental office management experience -Strong Dentrix proficiency -Experience with KPIs, scheduling optimization, and case acceptance -Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency -Calm, confident leadership style with high emotional intelligence -Experience in cosmetic, implant, or functional dentistry is a plus but not required.
