As our Patient Concierge, you’ll be the first impression and trusted guide for every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll combine hospitality, organization, and compassion to ensure each experience is seamless from start to finish. What You’ll Do • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail • Manage calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with precision • Guide patients through treatment planning and financial arrangements • Support patients in understanding airway-focused treatment options that impact their sleep and overall health • Keep the day running smoothly for both patients and the clinical team • Process payments and maintain accurate records • Follow up on treatment to ensure patients don’t fall through the cracks • Anticipate needs and create an elevated patient experience What We’re Looking For -Hospitality experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or upscale restaurant or retail. -Dental front office, or treatment coordination (2+ years ideal) -Impeccable communication skills — in person and over the phone -Professional appearance matched with a warm, approachable personality -Strong organizational skills and comfort with systems -Positive, team-oriented attitude — you bring energy and solutions -Passion for health and wellness — eager to learn about airway dentistry and how it changes lives Schedule & Pay • Full-time, 4 days per week (alternating Mon–Thu and Tue–Fri) • No weekends • Pay starting $25, with opportunities for growth/ pay dependent on experience How to Apply Send your resume with a short note answering this: “What does an exceptional patient experience mean to you?” We can’t wait to welcome you into the Magnolia Ridge Dentistry.
