A Superstar Treatment Coordinator: minimum 3 years of experience Our Dream Team is looking for an exceptional treatment coordinator to join us! We expect all team members to bring their best effort—not perfection, but thoughtful intention. It takes a unique individual to thrive in our dynamic environment, and we’re excited to expand our team as we continue to grow. The Treatment Coordinator will work directly with our Doctors in creating treatment plans for our patients. The Treatment Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the trust of our patients by actively listening to patients and helping them navigate their treatment decisions. A coordinator needs to be familiar with dental treatments and be an excellent communicator. Treatment plans range from a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands. The coordinator must be comfortable in talking about finances with patients.
