Current Oregon RDH License. $500 sign on bonus after 90 day trial period is completed Schedule: 4 days per week Office hours: Monday-Wednesday 8AM-5PM Thursdays 7AM-2PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough dental cleanings including, periodontal maintenance and scaling/root planing Take and interpret digital X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care Update and maintain accurate patient records using digital charting software Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to deliver comprehensive care Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols per OSHA and CDC guidelines Qualifications: Active Dental Hygienist license in Oregon Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency with digital X-rays and electronic dental records (e.g. Dentrix) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for patient care, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude Benefits: $500 sign on bonus after 90 day trial period is completed Sick Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan Dental Insurance Holiday pay Bonus system PTO
