Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a practice where you’re valued, supported, and actually enjoy coming to work? Our fun, energetic, and highly rated dental office in Steele Creek (Charlotte, NC) is growing—and we’d love to add a positive, motivated Dental Assistant to our close-knit team. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of patient care, including: -Chairside assisting in general dentistry procedures -Digital radiographs and intraoral photography -Treatment room setup and breakdown -Sterilization and infection control -Case presentations and patient education -Lab work -Occasional basic front desk support -Accurate, computerized charting (Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required) What We’re Looking For: -CDA or DAII certification required -Experience in general dentistry -Knowledge of basic dental insurance benefits -Comfortable with digital systems and electronic records -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -A self-starter with great attention to detail -A friendly smile, positive attitude, and team-first mindset (non-negotiable!)
