Here, everyone is happy to jump in, support one another, and create a welcoming experience for every patient, every day. 💙 Why You’ll Love Working With Us Supportive, patient-focused team culture A practice you’ll be proud to represent Competitive pay ($18–$25/hour, based on experience) End-of-year bonus when goals are met 401(k) with matching + profit-sharing (available immediately) Paid team Continuing Education (immediate) Dental benefits (after 90 days) Paid holidays (6) after 90 days Paid vacation & sick time (after 1 year) Scrubs allowance (after 1 year) Full-time, 4-day work week — enjoy long weekends! 🦷 What You’ll Do Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable and cared for Assist dentists during general dental procedures Take dental X-rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Manage clinical supplies, ordering, and room setup Educate patients on oral health and dental hygiene Deliver stellar customer service by listening to patient needs and ensuring comfort throughout their visit ✅ What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as an RDA Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program (Texas) Texas X-ray certification Nitrous Oxide certification (Texas) Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Dentrix and iTero experience is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent ⏰ Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Thursday Patient Hours: Mon–Wed: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 1-hour lunch break daily 📍 Location Gallery Dental 9160 N.
