Associate Dentist Opportunity Privately Owned | Patient-Centered | Diverse & Supportive Team We are a privately owned, non-DSO dental practice looking for an Associate Dentist who values clinical integrity, teamwork, and genuine patient care as much as we do. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an Associate Dentist who: • Is clinically confident and patient-focused • Values excellent customer service above all else • Treats patients and staff with respect, honesty, and kindness • Works collaboratively with a seasoned team • Practices ethically — no nickel-and-diming patients or staff Clinical Skills We Value Ideal candidates will be comfortable with: • Surgical extractions • Implant placement • Sedation (IV, oral, or other levels—based on qualifications) (If you bring advanced skills, we support utilizing them appropriately.)
