This is a full-time, semi-remote position, ideal for a provider who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and serving a diverse patient population. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.     Position Highlights        * Semi-Remote Role:        • 2 days per week working in practice        • 2 days per week remote (treatment planning, case reviews, collaboration)      * Full-Time Schedule:        • 4–5 days per week, based on practice needs      * Travel Required:        • Approximately 50% travel between practices within the Tampa area        • All travel expenses covered     What We Offer        * Full clinical autonomy—practice orthodontics the way you were trained      * Competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package      * Company-paid malpractice insurance      * Paid vacation      * Financial support for continuing education      * Supportive leadership and a collaborative, values-driven culture     Key Responsibilities        * Provide high-quality orthodontic care to children and young adults      * Develop and manage individualized orthodontic treatment plans      * Review treatment plans with patients and families; obtain informed consent      * Ensure compliance with Florida Dental Board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable standards      * Lead and support clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences      * Maintain a professional, positive attitude that supports teamwork and growth     Qualifications        * DDS or DMD with Orthodontic specialty certification      * Active Florida dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)      * Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred      * Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred      * Comfortable working across multiple locations in a collaborative environment   Next Steps   We would love to connect with you to discuss this opportunity, learn more about your career goals, and arrange a tour of our offices.
