Dental Assistant – Periodontal Specialty Office (Fort Worth, TX) We are a well-established periodontal specialty practice in Fort Worth, Texas, seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our office focuses on periodontics and implant dentistry, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a professional, supportive, and fast-paced environment. Position: Dental Assistant Location: Fort Worth, TX Specialty: Periodontal / Implant Dentistry Responsibilities: - Chairside assisting during periodontal and implant procedures - Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments - Taking digital X-rays and assisting with intraoral photos - Supporting the doctor and clinical team throughout the day - Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable and informed - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Qualifications: - Dental Assistant experience Required (periodontal/oral surgery preferred) - RDA preferred - CPR required - Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization protocols, and chairside assisting - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask - Professional, positive attitude with excellent patient communication skills - Team player who thrives in a busy specialty practice What We Offer: - Guaranteed 32-40 hour week - Competitive pay based on experience - Supportive and respectful work environment - Opportunity to learn and grow in a periodontal specialty office If you are dependable, eager to learn, and looking to be part of a dedicated periodontal team, we would love to hear from you.
