We are excited to share an opportunity to partner with Trident Dental, a growing, dental group committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and well- supported environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist to provide comprehensive orthodontic care at our office at 16103 W Little York Rd. This is a part-time with flexible scheduling, ideal for an orthodontist who values clinical excellence, strong communication, and close collaboration with general dentists and specialty providers. Position Highlights Provide a full scope of orthodontic services, including: • Comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and treatment planning • Traditional braces, clear aligners, and early/interceptive orthodontics • Treatment of adolescents and adults • Monitoring treatment progress and making necessary adjustments • Collaboration on interdisciplinary cases (restorative, surgical, pediatric, etc.) Additional responsibilities include: • Educating patients and families on treatment options, timelines, and expected outcomes • Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation • Working closely with general dentists and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care • Upholding all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards • Contributing to a positive, supportive patient experience Qualifications • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program • Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain) • Board-eligible or board-certified preferred • Current CPR/BLS certification • Strong clinical judgment and orthodontic skillset • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Schedule & Compensation • Part-time role with flexible scheduling • Days and frequency to be discussed based on availability and practice needs • Competitive compensation structure based on experience and production • Robust clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care If you are an Orthodontist seeking a collaborative partnership within a growing dental group that prioritizes patient experience, efficiency, and clinical excellence, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
