Looking for full-time or part time RDH for a privately owned general practice in Sanger, TX. Our practice has been in Sanger for 15 years, is well established with great systems, and stable. We need to fill this position by May 2026 but have opportunities for part time 1/2-2 days a week, as needed, immediately. This would be a great opportunity to work in our practice to see if it's a great fit for you. We are a fee-for-service (FFS) practice that highly values the patient experience. The owner is very present and involved in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Three hygienists have been on staff for 10+ years and would be available to tell you their firsthand experience working in our office. Infection control is of highest priority. New patient appointments are at least 90 minutes and recall appointments are 60 minutes. We will not double book or ask you to see more than one patient an hour. We will not push you to run an accelerated hygiene schedule. We will not ask you to clock out if a patient cancels or there is a hole in your schedule. We do have a bonus system that earned our full-time employees each an additional $5000-6000 in 2025. We would ideally hire a full-time employee but have flexibility to work with schedules for the right part-time employee. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to NOON. One hour for lunch. 401(k), paid time off, and health insurance options available to employees who qualify by hours.
