MaxwellO Dental is looking for our Dream Assistants Full Time Experience and the desire to join a supportive, positive and profitable team RDA Team Lead with leadership and chair side experience. Great personality that will give our patients a 5 star experience Lead RDA Requirements: -Must be a registered dental assistant and have 3 years experience in general dentistry and oral surgery -Able to fabricate cosmetic temporaries, prosthetic adjustments on dentures and partials, process lab cases, fabricate night guards and temporary stents. - Experience in Cosmetic dentistry and Implants -Orthodontic experience (preferred) -Must assist with patient flow, communications skill and accountability -Candidate must be organized & able to efficiently multitask. -Cross training (preferred) -Experience in a multi-specialty practice - Basic Knowledge with Open Dental Software Start March 1, 2026 Positionss Available Immediately.
