Compensation Rate: $60.00+ per hour Role Description: Sparta Networking is supporting a dental clinic partner in Milwaukee, WI with a temporary placement for a Dental Hygienist. This assignment is ideal for a credentialed professional who delivers consistent, high-quality hygiene care and works comfortably within established clinical systems. The role focuses on patient prevention, education, and maintaining efficient hygiene schedules. Qualification Requirements: - Minimum of one year of professional experience in dental hygiene - Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing - Current CPR certification - Approved radiography training or certification Core Responsibilities - Clean, disinfect, and prepare hygiene operatories between patients following infection-control standards - Deliver comprehensive hygiene services, including: - Routine preventive cleanings - Periodontal maintenance visits - Supra- and subgingival instrumentation - Removal of plaque, calculus, and extrinsic stains - Final polishing procedures - Administer fluoride applications, sealants, and therapeutic agents as permitted by state regulations - Perform periodontal assessments and ensure patient health histories are accurate and up to date - Provide patients with education on oral health practices, home-care routines, nutrition, and post-visit expectations - Take, review, and document digital dental radiographs in accordance with regulatory requirements - Utilize Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment when applicable - Maintain hygiene room readiness by monitoring supplies and equipment - Accurately chart all treatments while protecting patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA - Follow OSHA guidelines, privacy standards, and clinic policies while supporting a professional, team-focused environment Discover More Roles Visit www.spartanetworking.com to browse current openings and create job alerts for upcoming opportunities.
