Experienced Chairside Dental Assistant Tarpon Dental | Full-Time - 32 hours We are a patient-focused, quality-driven dental practice seeking an experienced Chairside Dental Assistant who enjoys being an active part of patient care, treatment planning, and case acceptance. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and comfortable supporting both the doctor and patients through the treatment process. What You’ll Do: Provide skilled four-handed chairside assisting. Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help maintain smooth clinical flow. Support treatment plan presentation. Reinforce recommendations and help patients feel confident moving forward with care. Play an active role in treatment acceptance. Communicate clearly with patients and the front office. Maintain organized operatories and respect all equipment and systems. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of dental assisting experience. Strong communication and patient education skills. Phone skills. Comfortable discussing treatment and answering patient questions. Calm, professional, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, accountable, and motivated to grow. EFDA or advanced experience a plus (not required).
