This role is designed for an orthodontist who values clinical quality, efficiency, and long-term professional stability. What You’ll Do ⁃ Diagnose and treat orthodontic and dentofacial irregularities ⁃ Develop individualized treatment plans using contemporary orthodontic techniques ⁃ Apply and manage braces, aligners, retainers, and related appliances ⁃ Monitor treatment progress and adjust care as needed ⁃ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and oral health ⁃ Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation ⁃ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflows What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution ⁃ Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program ⁃ Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills ⁃ Commitment to patient care, professionalism, and quality outcomes Compensation Annual compensation range of $400,000 to $999,999, based on experience, production, and schedule. Location This is an in-person role based in Amarillo, TX 79119.
