Dr. Dinh is seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate dental hygienist who takes pride in their work and enjoys educating patients while delivering excellent clinical care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in building trust with patients, as most of our patients are new and now returning. Dr. Dinh provides comprehensive care for all ages and all dental needs, utilizing PPO insurance and fee for services as payment. We offer a full range of services, including conscious and nitrous sedation, wisdom teeth extraction, restorations, implants, and most other types of general dentistry. Hygiene Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRPs Take and review digital X-rays Conduct periodontal charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment needs Collaborate closely with doctors and team members Maintain accurate clinical notes daily Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines Help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients What Lake Olympia Dental Offers: Competitive compensation + bonus (based on experience) Supportive, respectful team culture Modern equipment and technology Consistent schedule Opportunities for growth and continuing education Clean, organized, well-run office Salary $53-60 per hour + production bonus Negotiable based on experience Employment Type Part Time - Fri/Sat OR Tues/Sat Schedule (Weekday Hours 9am-7pm - Saturday Hours 8am-5pm)
