Balcones Dental | Austin, Texas Balcones Dental is looking for an upbeat and skilled dental hygienist to join our established, patient-centered practice in Austin, TX. If you love building relationships, providing excellent care, and working with a close-knit, high energy team that genuinely enjoys coming to work—you’ll fit right in. Schedule Monday-Thursday: 8:00-5:00 Friday: 8:00-12:00 (start your weekends early!) What You’ll Be Doing Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care in an already established strong perio program (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance) Educating patients on oral health and preventive care Taking digital X-rays and charting accurately Collaborating with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences Helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their care What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDH license Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence Focus on patient education and building lasting relationships Compensation & Perks Competitive pay with guaranteed hours and collection based bonus opportunities 401(k) plan with match Medical Benefits (Generous Employer Contribution) PTO + an average of 9 Holidays a year CE opportunities and Figs scrubs provided Supportive team and leadership Excellent practice location with an established and growing patient base Ready to Join Us?
