Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Location: Brookshire, TX Practice Type: General Employment Type: Part time Compensation: 24-27$ per hour depending on experience We are a patient-focused, team-oriented PPO/FFS private dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to guide our clinical team and help ensure smooth daily operations. Position Overview: The Lead RDA plays a key role in supporting the dentist(s), mentoring clinical staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This individual will serve as a clinical leader and point of contact for dental assistants. Key Responsibilities: -Assist dentist chairside during a variety of procedures -Lead, train, and mentor dental assistants -Oversee sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA compliant) -Ensure operatories are prepared and fully stocked -Manage clinical supply inventory and ordering -Support scheduling coordination for clinical flow -Take digital radiographs and impressions as needed -Maintain accurate patient records and documentation -Foster a positive, team-centered work environment Qualifications: -Active RDA license in Texas -3+ years of dental assisting experience -Lead experience preferred -Coronal polishing and radiology certification -Knowledge of Open Dental -Strong leadership and communication skills -CPR/BLS certification -Digital scanner experience -Experience with Invisalign (Clear aligner), and implants. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Benefits: -Competitive pay -Continuing education support -Team bonus opportunities -Friendly work environment
