Established fast paced solo practice in the TCU area looking to add an additional assistant to our team. In search for an experienced (at least 4 years) lead dental assistant who is high energy, dependable, caring, personable, and a team player. Must possess: •Exceptional time management, organization, communication, and technical skills •Can-do attitude, a proactive nature, a strong sense of ownership, team player and a desire to continue to learn and grow •Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and equipment •A professional demeanor, a patient-first attitude, with integrity and the drive to excel. Do you: •Have dental experience with an attitude of growth • Know how to fabricate anterior and posterior temporaries proficiently •Demonstrate excellent chair-side skills anticipating doctor needs •Have training in expanded functions •Implants and Implant crowns •Have strong written and verbal communication skills •Have experience with Invisalign * iTero scanner If this is you, and you are looking for a great office with a fun working environment we would love to speak to you!
