You’ll work directly with our clinical team to support exams, treatment procedures, and orthodontic records and appliances. ________________________________________ Responsibilities✈️ • Assist with pediatric dental procedures: exams, cleanings, sealants, and restorative care • Support Phase 1 orthodontic cases (expanders, braces, records, digital scans) • Capture digital radiographs and intraoral photos • Complete accurate charting and documentation in CurveHero • Maintain sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance • Communicate warmly and professionally with patients and families (bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred) • Educate families on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions • Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team ________________________________________ Qualifications✈️ • Active Texas RDA License • Experience in pediatric dentistry and/or Phase 1 orthodontics (highly preferred) • Spanish-speaking (highly preferred) • Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (or willingness to obtain) • Sealant and coronal polishing certification (or willingness to obtain) • Current CPR certification • Friendly, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced pediatric environment ________________________________________ What We Offer✈️ • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday • Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) • Supportive, energetic team culture • Training in airway-focused dentistry and early orthodontics • Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly evolving practice • Modern technology including CurveHero and CBCT imaging ________________________________________ If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional pediatric care and excited to grow your skills in early orthodontics, we’d love to hear from you.
