We're a dentist recruiting company working with a state of the art, private office that is seeking a full time dentist. They are needing a full time dentist for either 4 or 5 days per week. They are seeking an experienced dentist as this is a busy office. There is already a full schedule developed, where a dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 300K (the first year) just doing general restorative procedures. They can of course earn more if they are proficient in advanced procedures. General restorative is all that is required, however the associate can keep whatever procedures they are proficient in. They have a CBCT, scanners and other modern equipment in the office. They also have a very well trained staff that works very well together. This is a FFS and PPO office. No nights and no weekends are required. They're offering a very competitive daily rate, % of adjusted production, no lab deductions, benefits, 401K, CE stipend and the opportunity to buy in, if interested in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, performing a variety of procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and well-being, as well as adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
