Oasis Dental is seeking a strong, experienced RDA to help drive clinical excellence and team efficiency in our growing, technology-driven practice. ****If you have called in more than 4 times in a year, please continue looking. We need some RELIABLE.**** This is a potential leadership role — not just chairside assisting. We are looking for someone who: Leads by example Keeps 2 restorative and 2 hygiene columns flowing efficiently. Need to be able to see big picture. Holds team members accountable to systems Maintains clinical organization and inventory Elevates patient experience Helps train and mentor assistants Requirements: Active Texas RDA license CPR certified 3+ years clinical experience Strong restorative & crown workflow experience Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-column environment Confident communicator with leadership mindset Preferred: Same-day crown experience Implant procedures Clear aligner workflow Digital scanner & CBCT experience Competitive pay based on experience + leadership potential.
