VNDC offers a comprehensive range of services including general, cosmetic, implant, and emergency dentistry, as well as Invisalign. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. * Perform a wide range of dental procedures, such as restorative treatments, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics. * Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care. * Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. * Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive patient experience. * Adhere to all state and federal regulations and practice policies. Qualifications * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. * Current Alaska dental license or eligibility to obtain one. * Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with commitment to continued learning. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * New graduates are highly encouraged to apply; mentorship will be provided. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an initial base day rate of $700 - &750, depending on experience, transitioning to 35% percent of collections as the associate becomes more established.
