This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves surgery and high standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Clinical / Surgical Chairside assist during implant, All-on-X, extractions, and surgical procedures Prepare and break down surgical rooms Maintain strict sterilization and infection control Monitor patients and support sedation cases (if applicable) Take CBCT/X-rays and impressions as needed Ensure surgical setups are fully prepared and efficient Know x-nav workflow Manage surgical inventory Do SprintRay/3D arch workflows Leadership Help oversee and mentor dental assistants Coordinate daily clinical flow Maintain surgical inventory and ordering Ensure operatories meet practice standards Support training of new team members Communicate proactively with doctor and front team ✅ Qualifications Required Active Texas RDA license X-ray certification 3+ years dental assisting experience Strong surgical and implant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization and anticipation skills Preferred All-on-4/All-on-6 experience Dentrix Software knowledge Conscious sedation or oral surgery background Experience in a lead role Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience with digital workflows (CBCT, guided surgery, 3D printing) 💼 Ideal Candidate You are: Highly organized and clinically sharp Calm under pressure A strong team leader Detail-obsessed about surgery setups Proactive — you think 2 steps ahead Passionate about implant dentistry ⏰ Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday (Some surgery days may start early) 💰 Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience (Strong implant experience will be highly valued)
